Patricia Salak

Patricia Salak is a Berlin-based Venture Partner at 4Founders Capital, where she focuses on sourcing and advising early-stage technology investments. Before assuming her current position in the first quarter of 2025, she served as an Investment Manager at Cavalry Ventures and held corporate finance roles at Banco Santander and KPMG. Throughout her venture capital career, Salak has been involved in more than 15 startup investments, with notable portfolio exits including the digital bank N26 and the financial platform Taxfix. She holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of London, frequently contributing to industry discourse by speaking at the Bits & Pretzels conference and co-authoring venture capital research for Sifted. Salak currently concentrates her investment strategy on scaling early-stage companies operating within the financial technology, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and mobility sectors.
