Patricia Nakache is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures, where she focuses on early-stage consumer and business technology investments from the seed to Series B stages. Before joining the venture capital firm in 1999, she worked as a consultant at McKinsey and Company and contributed as a freelance writer for Fortune Magazine. Her investment portfolio includes active stakes in thredUP, Turo, and Side, alongside notable past exits like the initial public offerings of Care.com and LoopNet, and the acquisition of PayScale by Warburg Pincus. Additionally, Nakache serves on the board of the National Venture Capital Association and teaches the Startup Garage course as a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Holding an MBA from Stanford University and an AB from Harvard University, her current focus remains on funding technology-enabled consumer platforms and real estate software.
