Patricia Kemp

Patricia Kemp is an Advisor and former Managing Partner at Oak HC/FT, a venture capital and growth equity firm she co-founded in 2014. Before transitioning to her current advisory role in 2023, she spent over a decade as a Venture Partner at Oak Investment Partners and earned her undergraduate degree and MBA from Stanford University. Her extensive corporate background includes more than thirteen years in senior management at Cendant, as well as earlier technology and finance roles at Hewlett Packard and Merrill Lynch. Over her twenty years of financial technology and healthcare investing, she has directed capital into prominent early-stage venture opportunities and held corporate board seats at Feedzai, Kasisto, Paxos, and Rapyd. Throughout her career, she has also backed highly successful portfolio exits, including FastPay and TxVia, which were ultimately acquired by AvidXchange and Google, respectively.
