Pasha Rayan

Pasha Rayan is an Australia-based technology entrepreneur and the current co-founder of A1Base, a digital identity and communication platform designed for artificial intelligence agents. Prior to establishing A1Base in 2025 alongside co-founder Pennie Li, Rayan successfully co-founded the open-access virtual work experience platform Forage in 2017. Under his leadership, Forage participated in the Y Combinator Winter 2019 cohort and was subsequently acquired by a larger corporate entity. His current venture, A1Base, was also selected for Y Combinator as part of the Winter 2025 batch. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Liberal Studies from the University of New South Wales, where he majored in business, philosophy, and computer science. Rayan's professional background centers on developing scalable technology infrastructure, transitioning his focus from global education technology platforms to specialized communication layers for autonomous AI workers.
