Pascal Krotee

Pascal Krotee is a Principal at RiverVest Venture Partners in San Diego, California, where she focuses on sourcing and conducting due diligence for biopharmaceutical and medical device investments. Joining the firm as a senior associate in 2021 and earning a promotion in 2023, she provides operational support to portfolio companies and serves as a board member for Bluejay Therapeutics. Krotee also acts as a board observer for Avalyn Pharma and Biolinq, and she was recognized as a 2023 winner of Biocom California’s Life Science Catalyst Award. Previously, she spent nearly four years as an investment associate at Kairos Ventures, leading due diligence processes and holding portfolio board seats. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from UCLA, where she researched protein structures related to Alzheimer’s disease, and a bachelor's degree in biology from UC Irvine.
