Parth Patel

Parth Patel is the Chief Technology Officer at HUD, a real estate technology company based in New York City. Under his technical leadership, the platform serves millions of users with AI-driven search tools and secured over $50 million in Series B funding backed by Sequoia Capital in 2024. Before joining HUD, Patel served as an engineering lead at Compass, where he developed scalable software solutions for the competitive property market, following early career roles at various financial technology and marketplace startups. He recently oversaw the technical integration of RentMatch following its acquisition by HUD in February 2026 and presented new artificial intelligence matching features at the Inman Connect conference. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, Patel focuses on building scalable software-as-a-service platforms that streamline the homebuying and rental processes.
