Param Bidja

Param Bidja is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Transformity, a Y Combinator-backed technology startup developing software solutions for small businesses. Before launching his current venture, he served as a Senior Software Engineer at AWS Health AI, where he focused on applying machine learning models to health informatics. His earlier corporate experience includes working as a Software Development Engineer I at Amazon Fashion and completing prior professional engagements with JPMorgan Chase. Bidja previously graduated as the valedictorian of UConn Engineering, where he conducted academic research at the Laboratory of Machine Learning and Health Informatics and co-authored a paper on utilizing Graph Neural Networks to predict depression levels. His career trajectory reflects a consistent focus on leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and software engineering to build practical technology applications across the medical, retail, and small business sectors.
