Panpan Wang

Panpan Wang is the CFO and Cofounder of The Flex Company, as well as an active investor and CEO coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under her financial leadership, the femtech enterprise has raised over $100 million in funding and expanded its consumer product lines into European markets during the third quarter of 2024. Prior to launching her current venture, she held corporate finance roles at Procter & Gamble and earned her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Wang manages a personal portfolio of angel investments spanning more than 20 early-stage startups, recently advising a Y Combinator-backed software company in early 2026. Her current professional focus centers on scaling consumer and SaaS enterprises while providing strategic operational coaching to female founders navigating the venture ecosystem.
