Pano Anthos

Pano Anthos is the Managing Partner at XRC Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City, New York. Under his leadership, the firm manages over $100 million in assets and has backed more than 50 portfolio companies, achieving notable exits to major corporate acquirers including Amazon and Blackstone. In 2024, he directed XRC's investment in the artificial intelligence retail platform Nosto, preceding the firm's announcement of a $20 million seed fund projected for early 2026. Prior to his current position, Anthos served as an investor at Lerer Hippeau Ventures and began his financial career in investment banking at Barclays Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, establishing a foundation for his ongoing focus on accelerating seed and Series A startups across the retail, commerce, and consumer technology sectors.
