Pankaj Tibrewal

Pankaj Tibrewal is a General Partner at Carbide Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California. Before transitioning to the venture capital industry, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Treasure Data, an enterprise customer data platform that he successfully guided through its corporate acquisition by SoftBank. Tibrewal previously founded four distinct startup companies, including the collaborative business intelligence software platform Chartcube, which was subsequently acquired by Anaplan, where he later directed enterprise product management operations. His earlier professional career includes strategic consulting and operational leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, alongside earning his MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Drawing on his extensive operational and entrepreneurial background, Tibrewal currently focuses on leading Seed and Series A venture capital investments across the enterprise artificial intelligence technology stack.
