Pankaj Jain

Pankaj Jain is the Founder and Managing Partner at Saka Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Previously, he served as a Partner at 500 Startups, where he established the firm's investment presence in South Asia and directed capital into more than 50 early-stage technology companies across India and neighboring markets. Before transitioning to venture capital and startup ecosystem development, Jain spent over a decade building enterprise software and complex risk management systems for prominent financial institutions, including Long-Term Capital Management and JPMorgan Chase. He began his professional career after earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Information Systems from the NYU Stern School of Business. Today, his primary investment focus centers on supporting pre-seed and seed-stage founders who are building cross-border enterprise software, financial technology, and decentralized web applications.
