Panickos Neophytou

Panickos Neophytou is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of NetBeez, a B2B network performance monitoring company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He established the infrastructure software startup in 2013 alongside Chief Executive Officer Stefano Gridelli to address troubleshooting challenges across remote enterprise networks. In his current capacity, Neophytou directs system architecture and product innovation for the 12-employee organization, which previously participated in a Winter 2016 accelerator cohort and secured backing from investors including Partech Partners. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he worked as a network engineer and earned a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where his academic research concentrated heavily on advanced data management technologies. Today, his primary technical focus centers on developing complex algorithms and scalable monitoring solutions designed specifically for wide area networks, application performance, and wireless infrastructure.
