Pang Au

Yat-Pang Au is the Managing Partner and CEO of Veritas Investments, a real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, California. Since founding the company in 2007, he has grown its multifamily property portfolio to a valuation of nearly $2 billion by 2015 and secured a record $815 million portfolio financing in 2016. He oversees property acquisition and management through the affiliated entity GreenTree Property Management, though the firm has faced legal challenges involving approximately 175 tenants over alleged wrongful eviction tactics across 45 buildings. Prior to his real estate career, he served as the CEO of AEC Alarms until 2007 and earned degrees from UC Berkeley and Harvard University. His current professional focus remains on the institutional acquisition, management, and leasing of rent-controlled multifamily residential units throughout the broader San Francisco real estate market.
