Pallavi Hukerikar

Pallavi Hukerikar is an Associate at Costanoa Ventures, where she supports diligence and executes investments in early-stage technology companies. Before transitioning into the venture capital industry, she worked as a Product Manager at Duolingo, leading the scaling of the Duolingo English Test, and at Microsoft, where she developed core collaboration features for Excel. She is currently pursuing a dual MBA and MA in Education at Stanford University, while also serving as an Investment Associate at the GSB Impact Fund and a 2024 Mosaic Fellow. Her prior investment experience includes a summer internship evaluating early-stage education technology investment opportunities, following a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Hukerikar focuses her current venture investment efforts on early-stage enterprise software, applied artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, fintech, and workforce development.
