Paige Finn Doherty

Paige Finn Doherty is the Founder and CEO of Earthlings and an early-stage startup investor based in San Diego, California. She previously worked as a software engineer and entrepreneur-in-residence after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Diego State University. As an alumna of the On Deck Angel Fellowship, Doherty has invested in more than ten startups through personal and syndicate deals, recently leading a $2 million seed round for an artificial intelligence climate venture in October 2025. Her advisory portfolio has secured over $10 million in combined funding, and her industry recognition includes speaking at TechCrunch Disrupt 2024 and being named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Tech list in December 2025. As an operator and advisor, Doherty currently focuses on scaling innovative companies at the intersection of climate technology, artificial intelligence, and consumer products.
