Ozan Yalti

Ozan Yalti is the Founder and CEO of DraftWise, an AI-driven legal technology startup based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the company, he worked as a software engineer at Google and earned a computer science degree from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Under his leadership, DraftWise has secured more than $20 million in Series A funding from venture capital investors, scaling its enterprise software to serve over 100 corporate clients. Yalti recently expanded the core platform by launching a new generative AI contract review tool in March 2025 and establishing a strategic partnership with Thomson Reuters scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Recognized on the 2025 Forbes AI 30 Under 30 list, his current professional focus remains on bridging artificial intelligence innovation with practical legal workflows to automate complex enterprise contract negotiations.
