Oyinkansola Adebayo

Oyinkansola Adebayo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Niyo Group and an Angel Investor at Ada Ventures, based in London, United Kingdom. Through her primary enterprise, Niyo Group, she operates Niyo Bootcamps, a specialized educational initiative that has trained over 1,000 Black women in high-demand technology skills such as software engineering and data architecture. Prior to expanding her entrepreneurial ventures in the technology sector, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham. Her organization has successfully secured over £2 million in funding and established strategic operational partnerships with major government and corporate entities, including the Department for Education and Innovate UK. Adebayo currently focuses on directing venture capital toward underrepresented founders and scaling educational technology platforms to bridge the diversity gap across the broader European tech ecosystem.
