Oussama Ammar

Oussama Ammar is a solo capitalist and venture builder at The Holding Company of One, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout his career as an investor and strategist, he has helped portfolio startups raise more than $1.5 billion in funding while guiding them through complex mergers, acquisitions, and initial public offerings. As a strategic advisor, Ammar has directly counseled the chief executive officers of prominent European technology companies, including Payfit and Algolia. Beyond corporate advisory, he previously served on the Global Tech Panel alongside Bill Gates and has delivered guest lectures on entrepreneurship at leading academic institutions such as Oxford and Cambridge.
