Otto Graff Navarro

Otto Graff Navarro is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at IGNIA Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Monterrey, Mexico. In his executive leadership role, he oversees financial operations, debt financing, and equity investments across sectors like fintech, health tech, and e-commerce. His recent venture investment activity includes participating in a $6.0 million seed funding round for the financial technology startup aviva in August 2024. Graff Navarro is currently completing his Master of Business Administration at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School, where he has also presented on Mexico's macroeconomic outlook. He frequently collaborates with other regional investors and accelerators, including Carao Ventures and Y Combinator, to support emerging technology enterprises.
