Oscar Thybo

Oscar Thybo is the Head of Board & Advisory at CVX Ventures, where he connects growth-stage startups with expert partners to address operational challenges. Within this role, he supports a venture firm that has deployed more than DKK 800 million across over 100 portfolio companies since 2020. Previously, he spent five years as a department manager at the startup Flyhjælp, overseeing a 22-person team handling aviation lawsuits, business development, and finance before its sale to a European market leader. Educated at Copenhagen Business School, he also serves as a pitch competition jury member and hosts the Vækstmaskinen podcast, featuring interviews with prominent regional business figures such as Christian Arnstedt and Morten Resen. His current focus centers on providing board-level advisory services and venture support to emerging companies navigating scaling and complex ESG investment strategies.
