Onkar Singh

Onkar Singh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Apolink, an aerospace technology startup currently based in the Silicon Valley region of California. Originally from Jammu, India, Singh built and launched his first operational satellite at age 16, earning formal recognition from the President of India before relocating to the United States to attend high school in New York City. After briefly attending an academic institution in Pennsylvania, he dropped out to pursue commercial entrepreneurship, subsequently receiving support from prominent talent accelerators including Emergent Ventures and Schmidt Futures. In June 2024, the 19-year-old founder established Apolink with institutional backing from Y Combinator to develop continuous broadband infrastructure for low Earth orbit spacecraft. His current focus centers on eliminating communication dead zones in space by engineering 24/7 internet connectivity solutions for the expanding commercial satellite industry.
