Omry Czapnik

Omry Czapnik is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Czapnik Group, a prominent industrial vehicle and heavy equipment provider based in Israel. Before assuming his current executive position, he spent over a decade working as a venture capitalist and served as the Chief Financial Officer for multiple technology companies. A Certified Public Accountant by professional training, Czapnik initially built his corporate finance expertise working as an accountant at EY. He now oversees operations for a family-owned enterprise that has supplied material handling, agriculture, and earthmoving equipment to the Israel Ministry of Defense and the Israel Electric Corporation for more than 50 consecutive years. Today, Czapnik is primarily focused on managing the complex intergenerational transition of the family business while executing strategic initiatives to drive the organization's long-term commercial expansion and modernization.
