Omri Barzilay

Omri Barzilay is a Principal and Head of Value Creation at Peak State Ventures and a Principal at Orange Collective. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served for seven years as a Missile Ship Chief Engineer in the Israeli Navy and earned an MBA Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University. He previously founded Propcy, a machine learning investment platform for real estate, and has contributed as a technology writer for publications including Forbes and TechCrunch. At Peak State Ventures, Barzilay focuses on seed and early-stage investments across the future of work, PropTech, and digital healthcare sectors, supporting a firm that has executed 46 investments to date. His portfolio exposure includes enterprise and technology companies such as Snapdocs, Turing, and Carta. His current focus centers on identifying early-stage startups that enable data-driven enterprises and agile workforces.
