Omar Zaki

Omar Zaki is the Managing Partner at Zaki Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to assuming this leadership role in 2023, he served as a Vice President at Origin Ventures and held strategic investment positions at Intel Capital. He holds an MBA in Private Equity and Entrepreneurship from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, where he recently presented at the March 2025 Entrepreneurship Summit. Throughout his professional career, Zaki has built a diverse portfolio of over 20 investments, directing early capital toward seed and Series A startups operating within the artificial intelligence, fintech, and enterprise software sectors. His current focus centers on deploying institutional capital into early-stage SaaS and AI ventures while utilizing his extensive operational background to help founders scale their emerging technology platforms globally.
