Oluwapelumi Dada is the Co-founder of Sorce, an early-stage HR tech startup developing a swipe-based job matching application for the modern workforce. He currently leads product development for the platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence to assist candidates with high-volume job applications and streamline the overall hiring pipeline. Since its initial launch, the Sorce application has scaled its user base steadily, processing well over two million individual candidate swipes to date. The matching platform has successfully facilitated candidate interviews at several prominent technology and aerospace companies, including organizations such as SpaceX and Twitch. Prior to launching his own venture, Dada gained foundational corporate experience by completing specialized product management internships at both Tesla and Dell. His current professional focus centers entirely on leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize the recruitment process and improve hiring efficiency within the broader technology sector.
