Olusegun Afolahan

Olusegun Afolahan is the Co-founder of Sendbox, an e-commerce logistics and fulfillment platform based in Lagos, Nigeria. Alongside co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Emotu Balogun, he established the enterprise in 2018 to address critical shipping infrastructure gaps for small retail sellers operating across the African continent. The company subsequently secured acceptance into the highly competitive Y Combinator W21 accelerator batch and has since grown to support a dedicated team of 25 employees. Under his technical leadership in product development, the platform currently facilitates both local and international deliveries for a network of over 7,500 e-commerce merchants within the Nigerian market. Prior to launching Sendbox, Afolahan gained early entrepreneurial experience as the co-founder of Traclist, another regional technology venture. His professional background centers on building scalable fulfillment services and enabling small merchant operations within the broader African technology sector.
