Olufunmilola Soewu

Olufunmilola Soewu is an investor and back office team member at MAGIC Fund, based in Lagos, Nigeria. In this capacity, she provides operational infrastructure and strategic guidance to early-stage portfolio companies for the venture capital firm, which raised a $30 million second fund in 2021. MAGIC Fund has completed 171 investments, writing checks between $50,000 and $5 million for startups across multiple sectors, including Novobank, Payfazz, and Retool, which reached a valuation near $1 billion. Alongside her investment responsibilities, Soewu is the co-founder of Todlr, a financial technology platform established in 2021 to facilitate family wealth building and financial security. Todlr subsequently received pre-seed funding from MAGIC Fund. Her current focus centers on the intersection of early-stage venture capital and fintech innovation, supporting global founders through capital allocation and dedicated operational expertise.
