Olivier Porte

Olivier Porte is the Co-founder of Alpha Vantage and an active angel investor based in Boston, Massachusetts. He established the financial technology API and developer tools company in 2017, which subsequently participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2018 batch. Under his day-to-day operational leadership, Alpha Vantage has scaled its infrastructure to process billions of API queries daily for its global user base. Alongside his primary operating role, Porte allocates capital to early-stage software and technology companies, frequently investing in pre-product-market fit startups through the Pioneer Fund. He holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he participated in the Arthur Rock Center Accelerator and the New Venture Competition. His current focus remains on scaling financial data infrastructure while mentoring and funding early-stage founders navigating the Y Combinator ecosystem.
