Olivier Litzka

Olivier Litzka is a Partner at Andera Partners based across the firm's Paris and Munich offices, where he helps lead the life sciences division. His team manages over one billion euros of the firm's four billion euros in total assets to fund breakthrough therapeutics from preclinical development through late-stage commercialization. Evaluating approximately 1,500 proposals annually, the group makes five to six investments of fifteen to sixty million euros in biotechnology companies like SciRhom, Abivax, and Ariceum. He also serves on the boards of numerous portfolio companies across European and American markets. Before joining Andera, Litzka spent six years executing biopharma and medtech investments for 3i Group, following an initial career at Mercer Management Consulting. Equipped with a doctorate in molecular microbiology from the University of Munich, he has helped build a major European venture capital fund.
