Olivier Dubuisson

Olivier Dubuisson is the Managing Partner and CEO of Karista, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Paris, France. He has been a core leadership team member since 2003, previously serving as Chairman of the Board when the investment organization operated under its former name, CapDecisif Management. Following a comprehensive corporate rebranding in June 2020, Dubuisson collaborated with fellow Managing Partners Catherine Boule and Yvan-Michel Ehkirch to successfully close a €50 million European Digital Health Fund. In addition to his executive venture capital duties, he also operates as a futurist and public speaker examining the evolving dynamics between human performance, corporate innovation, and artificial intelligence. Dubuisson currently focuses on directing early-stage capital into emerging European digital health enterprises while actively researching how these technological advancements will fundamentally reshape the broader global future of work.
