Olivia Kim

Olivia Kim is a Senior Associate at GingerBread Capital, where she invests in female-led, high-growth businesses across various industries. Since joining the venture firm in October 2019, she has focused on stage-agnostic investments, primarily targeting Series A through Series C funding rounds while also evaluating opportunistic early-stage deals. Previously, Kim served on the investment team at Luminate Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in enterprise software. She began her financial career in New York City within the Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Additionally, she acted as Chair of the Vetting Committee for Spark SF, a gender equality philanthropy organization subsequently acquired by the Global Fund for Women. Her current professional focus remains centered on diversifying the broader venture ecosystem by allocating institutional capital to innovative, women-led enterprises.
