Olivia Baribeau

Olivia Baribeau is a Principal at Haymaker Ventures, where she leads investment sourcing and analytics. In this capacity, she holds multiple governance roles, serving as a Board Director for Mundi since October 2023 and Sunfish since December 2024, alongside an advisory position at hi.health. Before joining Haymaker in April 2022, she spent nearly two years as the Senior Manager of Customer Operations and Strategy at CoverWallet, and previously worked as a Product Manager at Bowery Valuation. Her earlier experience includes working as an equity research associate at MFS Investment Management and a venture associate at F-Prime Capital, complemented by an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an economics degree from Colby College. Baribeau currently focuses on deploying capital into early-stage financial technology companies, leveraging her combined background in institutional equity research and startup operations.
