Oliver Redelfs

Oliver Redelfs is a Co-founder and Investor at Game Seer Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Prior to establishing the investment firm in early 2020, he accumulated over fifteen years of video game industry experience, which included professional roles at Razer Inc., Hochschule Fresenius, and his own agency, Red Elf Media. In his current capacity, he oversees communications, networking, and project scouting for a 10 million Euro private equity fund dedicated to international game developers. His firm executes an average investment round of $1.62 million, highlighted by a 3 million Euro co-financing deal with the Spanish studio Lince Works for a title co-developed by Mike Laidlaw. Redelfs currently focuses on providing venture capital and strategic financial support to independent studios producing core multiplatform titles for the PC and console markets.
