Oliver Libby

Oliver B. Libby is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of H/L Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on mission-driven companies. Since establishing the firm in 2009, he has also co-founded CityRock Venture Partners to invest in diverse founding teams building socially responsible businesses. Beyond his venture capital work, Libby serves as the Chair and Co-Founder of The Resolution Project, a non-profit organization that has supported hundreds of young social entrepreneurs across more than 85 countries. Through these initiatives, his supported ventures have collectively impacted over six million people and generated approximately $9 billion in market capitalization. He holds additional leadership roles as a board member for Tech:NYC, a Presidential Leadership Scholar, and a Milken Young Leader.
