Olga Shikhantsova

Olga Shikhantsova is a Partner on the Fintech team at Speedinvest, based in Berlin, Germany. Before assuming her current partnership role in March 2021, she served as a Principal at the firm and previously worked as an investor at Target Global and Binomial Ventures. Over three and a half years, she executed 15 new investments, building an early-stage portfolio that includes prominent startups such as Rapyd, Zego, Kuda, and Raisin. Shikhantsova holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics and finance from a joint program between the Higher School of Economics and the London School of Economics, and she was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for finance in 2021. Her current investment focus centers on pre-seed and seed-stage financial technology companies operating across the European market, recently leading a November 2024 funding round for Tranched.
