Olga Kaplan

Olga Kaplan is the Chief Operating Officer at Serent Capital, where she oversees operational strategy, infrastructure, and organizational effectiveness to support portfolio company growth. Before assuming this executive position, she joined Vista Equity Partners in 2021 as a Senior Vice President on the investment team, successfully managing enterprise technology investments across their broader portfolio. Previously, Kaplan spent eleven years at Goldman Sachs, serving as a Vice President on the Growth team to lead equity investments in software and internet companies. During her extensive tenure there, she also supported the Launch with GS initiative and initially began her finance career within the investment banking division. She earned an MS in Finance and a BA in Economics and Mathematics as a Lien Scholar from Washington University in Saint Louis, building a strong professional foundation for scaling high-growth software enterprises.
