Oleg Tikhturov

Oleg Tikhturov is a Founding Partner at TrueSight Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London. Prior to establishing the firm to deploy capital across European technology startups, he built an extensive track record of backing high-growth companies at the pre-seed and seed stages through targeted angel investments and syndicate vehicles. His active investment portfolio features over forty early-stage technology enterprises, including the artificial intelligence unicorn Tractable, the consumer fintech platform Plum, and the genomics research startup Sano Genetics. Tikhturov holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an institution that provided the rigorous quantitative foundation for his subsequent career in institutional venture capital. His current professional focus remains on leading initial funding rounds for emerging European founders who are building scalable, data-driven enterprise software businesses.
