Ole Mensching

Dr. Ole Mensching is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Apollo Health Ventures, currently based in Berlin, Germany. Before establishing the longevity-focused venture firm in 2017, he joined TruVenturo as a partner in 2011 and co-founded CareerTeam, an executive search agency that expanded to over 200 employees operating across four countries. He completed his doctorate with distinction through the University of Cologne and UC Berkeley, graduating as his faculty's youngest and fastest-finishing postgraduate. At Apollo Health Ventures, he splits his professional efforts between traditional venture investing and hypothesis-driven company building, recently supporting a portfolio asset that secured $50 million in January 2026 to advance human clinical trials across three continents. His current investment strategy primarily targets novel therapeutics designed to treat, prevent, or reverse age-related conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, sarcopenia, and cancer.
