Ole Hauskov

Ole Hauskov is a Partner at Vækstfonden, part of the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), based in Denmark. Since joining the organization in April 2015, he has specialized in managing and advising growth capital funds aimed at scaling regional businesses. Hauskov has been instrumental in the Dansk Vækstkapital fund series, notably helping Dansk Vækstkapital III reach 2.4 billion DKK in capital under management across more than fifty institutional investors. He also serves as an advisory board member for several prominent investment vehicles, including Maj Invest and Gro Capital. Recently, Danske Bank assumed management of the first three Dansk Vækstkapital funds from EIFO to launch the fourth generation of the series. His career centers on advancing the Nordic investment ecosystem through strategic venture capital and growth equity allocations across Danish growth-stage companies.
