Olamide Afolabi

Olamide Afolabi is a Technical Project Manager and the founder of Start Saying More, a technology-enabled healthcare platform focused on connecting minority individuals with mental health providers. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. As a first-generation Nigerian American, Afolabi integrates his engineering background with a focus on human psychology to address complex technical and social challenges. His technical expertise spans multiple advanced sectors, including machine learning algorithms, cybersecurity protocols, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Through Start Saying More, he manages an active digital presence across major platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to scale mental health accessibility. Afolabi currently focuses on leveraging lateral thinking and minimalist methodologies to bridge the gap between technical project management and inclusive healthcare technology solutions.
