Dr. Olaf Joeressen is a Senior Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) based in Bonn, Germany, where he directs early-stage venture capital allocations. Prior to entering the venture capital industry in 2018, he completed a 15-year tenure at the telecommunications corporation Nokia, notably leading the engineering team that successfully developed the world's first Bluetooth chipset.
