Oksana Tiedt is the Head of Fund and Co-Investments and a Partner at Lennertz & Co., a multi-family office based in Hamburg, Germany. She oversees portfolio construction and alternative asset allocation for an institution managing over 750 million euros across private equity, venture capital, and digital assets. Under her leadership, the firm launched a 30 million euro blockchain fund of funds in December 2020, directing capital into specialized firms like Multicoin Capital and Fabric Ventures. Her career spanning over twenty years in financial services includes previous investment positions at Bain Capital, Velocitas Partners, and Swift Capital Partners, following her initial start at Goldman Sachs. Holding a Master of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University, Tiedt currently focuses on identifying strategic co-investments and structuring specialized fund vehicles across the United States and European alternative asset markets.
