Ofer Shoshan

Ofer Shoshan is a Venture Partner at OurCrowd based in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he sources and manages investments in early-stage technology and software startups. Before joining the firm in 2022, he co-founded the equity crowdfunding platform ExitValley and gained experience in investment banking following his service in an Israeli Defense Forces intelligence unit. Throughout his career, Shoshan has been involved in more than 50 investments, with a portfolio that includes notable companies such as CyberArk, which completed its initial public offering in 2014, and the unicorn mobility startup Via. He frequently collaborates with regional firms like Jerusalem Venture Partners and recently led OurCrowd's investment in the AI company Nexa in March 2025. His current venture capital focus centers on bridging Israeli innovation with global markets across the cybersecurity, fintech, healthtech, and deep tech sectors.
