Ofer Adler is a serial entrepreneur and active angel investor based in Tel Aviv, Israel, currently managing his private investment portfolio and serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Muvix Media Networks. He is best known for co-founding IncrediMail, an email client and digital media company that he helped scale to millions of global users before it rebranded as Perion Network. During his tenure at IncrediMail, Adler served as Co-President and Chief Executive Officer, successfully leading the company through its initial public offering on the NASDAQ exchange in 2006. Following his departure from Perion, he established Muvix in 2015 to develop patented audio streaming technologies for shared public spaces. His current focus centers on providing early-stage capital and strategic advisory services to emerging Israeli technology startups across the software, digital media, and consumer internet sectors.
