Odile Roujol

Odile Roujol is the Managing Partner at Seedcamp, an early-stage venture capital firm based in London, England. In this role, she oversees a portfolio of more than 400 European startups and manages funds exceeding €100 million, backing prominent technology companies such as Revolut, Wise, and Graphcore. She recently led a €45 million fundraise for Seedcamp's fifth fund in 2024 and directed a Series B investment in the artificial intelligence startup Synthesia in March 2025. Before joining Seedcamp, Roujol served as a Partner at Point Nine Capital from 2017 to 2021, co-founded the acquired startup Alinea Invest, and began her career in investment banking at Lazard after earning an MBA from HEC Paris. Her current focus centers on pre-seed and seed-stage opportunities across the artificial intelligence, financial technology, and climate sectors, alongside advising France's national AI initiative.
