Octavius Phukubye is a venture capital and development finance professional operating within emerging markets and the inclusive investment sectors. He previously served as a Venture Capital Fellow in the 2022 class of IncludedVC, where he gained direct exposure to global networks supporting diverse and underrepresented founders. Phukubye completed a Fulbright Hubert H.
