Norman Fiore

Norman Fiore is a General Partner at Dawn Capital based in London, United Kingdom, where he oversees early-to-growth stage investments in enterprise software startups. He manages over €1 billion in total funds at the firm, recently closing a €350 million fourth fund in 2024 to target Series B and C rounds. His recent investment activity includes leading a funding round for the AI coding platform Qodo in March 2025 and participating in Synthesia's $180 million Series D round in January 2025. Prior to Dawn Capital, Fiore served as a Partner at Index Ventures from 2012 to 2019 and held earlier positions at Atlas Venture, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Company.
