Noor Xarmina

Noor Xarmina is an actress, model, and Miss Universe Pakistan 2024, currently based in Karachi and Lahore, Pakistan. Before entering the entertainment industry at age 28, she built a career in finance and consulting, serving as a strategy consultant at KPMG and a visiting consultant at Salesforce. She subsequently worked in early-stage venture capital in London, holding investment analyst and associate positions at firms including Downing Ventures, Foresight Group, and Nauta Capital. During her tenure in the United Kingdom, she also served on the Board of Directors for Rated People for one year. In November 2023, she relocated to Pakistan to pursue acting full-time, later advancing as a top 10 finalist at the global Miss Universe competition. Her current focus centers on her entertainment career alongside advocacy for women's safety and climate action.
