Noor Nijjer

Noor Nijjer is the Head of Investor Relations at Sierra Ventures, leading fundraising initiatives for the venture capital firm managing $2 billion in assets. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Top Tier Capital Partners, which recently backed a $25 million Series C for Paro and a $30 million Series B for Prime Roots. Earlier in her career, she held finance and consulting positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, alongside roles in investment banking and private credit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her professional focus centers on driving business development, managing strategic partnerships, and executing capital formation strategies within the venture capital sector.
