Noga Yerushalmi

Noga Yerushalmi is Head of the Israel Bioincubator and Investment Director of the Biotechnology team at M Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Merck KGaA, based in Yavne, Israel. Before joining M Ventures in 2017, she accumulated over 20 years of experience in the Israeli biotechnology sector, holding leadership roles including Vice President of R&D at miCure Therapeutics and therapeutic team lead at Rosetta Genomics. She previously managed scouting and business development at the FutuRx incubator after completing her doctorate at Tel-Aviv University and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Yerushalmi currently serves on the investment committee at AION Labs and holds board seats at Actithera and Nucleai, joining the latter following M Ventures' lead investment in April 2024. Her current focus centers on early-stage biotechnology investments, company creation, and advancing life science opportunities.
